  1. I’m wondering if I were to buy a lot on upper dark cove road, how close to the water am I allowed. The house, septic , well.

    1. It would depend on the lot. The minimum distance is 100′ but some lots have greater setbacks. It would be wise to look at the approved subdivision plan to get those figures.

  2. Hi, I am in the process of buying a home at 65 Brackett Lake Drive. Is this home in Weston or Danforth? Additionally, is Weston part of the National Flood Program?
